5/23/2023 0 Comments 909 259 9996Next day we returned to speak with him to see if his technicians could look into it more - it's not crazy to wonder why our car ran fine for years only for it to be inoperable after it had been serviced at Firestone. We had to leave the car overnight because it wouldn't start, and Rob wasn't there to authorize an inspection. Rob G****, the manager of the shop, said our car was inoperable due to an issue with the hybrid battery, and there was mention of a P3190 code ("check engine" light), which hadn't been there before we dropped the car off. When we came to pick it up, it wouldn't start. ![]() We brought our 2014 ****** Prius into the shop for an oil change and an inspection. I dont think I should have to pay for there mistakes and should be reimbursed for the suspension i had to replace and have my tires replaced also. I personally had to purchase a complete new suspension and have another shop replace it, now Im also having to replace the tires that where also brand new when I bought the vehicle. Have been calling and its been almost 4 months and no answer from Firestone. Waited 2 weeks and called again and was told someone would call back in 48 hour yet none bothered in calling me or reaching me by email. I called customer service to inform them I wanted my suspension replaced and tires and was told I would get a call back within 48 hours and then was told when they call me someone else would call me yet that call never came. I told them that was impossible since suspension was new and they had aligned it before and never had a problem till I took it to the last location. Drove home and took it the next weekend to my prefer location to get an alignment and was told I would need a new suspension since mine was damaged and had to be replaced. ![]() Unfortunately on 10/22/22 i wasn't able to take it to my prefer location so I decided to take it to this location store # ****** located at ******************************************************************************* where my vehicle was aligned and as I was leaving i noticed my steering wheel was crooked and the car was pulling so I informed them and was told they couldnt do anything about it since there technician had left and they where closing already. Drove the car back to ******* where i purchased a lifetime alignment at a Firestone and as always I take my vehicles once a month or every 2 months to get realign to make sure my vehicle is driving smoothly. Purchased a Hummer in ****** that had just had a brand new suspension installed by the seller prior to me purchasing it and have the paperwork to show he bought the parts and i fiscally saw the new suspension on the vehicle when I bought it in person in ****** **.
